We received a message during the week that simply said “Books” on WhatsApp. We replied that if he wanted to receive The Great Controversy and Steps to Christ, he should send us his name, address, and zip code. Within minutes, he shared the information, we scheduled a visit, and called him before arriving to make sure he could receive us.

As the text says, in order to have the peace of God, we must “thank Him for what He has done”. That means a conscious choice to forget about our trouble, and remember what He has done! It is a change of focus which makes all the difference.
